Multipoint Technology Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aeradio Technology Pte Ltd, is a Singapore   
registered company formed in December 1995 dealing in 1) sales,service and consultancy of   
auto-insertion and surface mounting technology machines, spares parts and accessories,   
2)agents of Dongbu Chemicals Industrial Glue on the brand of Maxbond and   
3) sales of telecomunication on call recorder etc.   
         
The Company's main area of trading activities are in China,The Philippines and Thailand with   
China dominating the Company's total sales revenue. Since the Company's inception, sales on    
SMT and industrial products had done well because of China's industrialization programs. This   
is compounded further by the fact that our trained engineers and sales personnel are well versed   
in their own area of expertise and were able to provide top quality service beyond the call of duty.   
Therefore, to meet the demand of sales orders it has set up an office in Shenzhen, China in 1996   
to oversees the market there.      
      
The liberalisation of China's trading policies and its potential influence on world market the country   
has increased the country's standard of living and greater demand for goods and services. The   
affluent society provides a backdrop for high demand for consumer products - a potential impact   
that cannot be totally ignored and denied. It is in this consumer arena that prompted the Board   
of Directors of Multipoint Technology to look into diversifying from industrial products to consumer   
related products.      
   
The customer based in China comprises multinational companies and some reputable private   
local conglomerates. Because of our vast engineering experiences we were able to provide   
consultancy services related to their industrial environment.
